I had visited this place on 11-11-18 at 11:50 pm. Initially we were not guided that the place is shutting in 40 minutes and we had to order everything at once in rush. Further, we had clearly mentioned the captain there that we would only order Veg food on that table as we were only Vegetarians and we ordered a cream of Mushroom soup and further other orders followed. To shock us this restaurant served us a CREAM of CHICKEN SOUP. We confronted the captain and asked him to call the restaurant manager who comes and then apologises for the error. But he further has the AUDACITY to say that sometimes the chefs and the captain does these silly mistakes and they cant keep an eye on each and every order. The manager was ready to do the needful but the point is can we TRUST and visit this hotel again when they give us such replies and cant remember simple orders??
