I was there for my hair smoothening a week ago, my husband too had to colour his hair. They created chaos over a discount offered a day before when I had called. I told the guy I am smoothening my hair for my birthday which is in mid Jan. As usual he boasted about how well they would do it. After my first wash, they blew dry so much. I was wondering why? Normally the stylist allows you to check the hair after the first wash and then blowdrys slightly. When I washed my hair 3 days later at home, my hair near my neck has got numerous curls. The smoothening was rubbish, I am planning to do touch up again after 1 month, its that curly. Horrible service.
