The Iron Paradise Gym looks clean from the outside, but the management, handled by Rocky and Nikhil, is extremely poor. The condition of the treadmill machines is very poor, and most of the time, they are out of order. If you complain about it, you`ll get the same repetitive response: ``It will be fixed in 2-3 days.`` The swimming pool is in even worse condition, and it`s not even worth discussing. The pool looks clean from the outside, but the inside is extremely dirty. Both kids and adults, including ladies and gents, contribute to the mess, but there is no proper cleaning system in place. My brother, other members, and I have been complaining about these issues for the past year. However, Rocky and Nikhil kept giving the same response: ``Everything will be fixed, it will be cleaned.`` But even after a whole year, nothing improved. This is why we decided to only join the gym and didn`t even consider joining the swimming pool. Last year, the membership fee was a complete waste because we never got the chance to properly use the swimming pool. To anyone considering joining the swimming pool or the gym, please keep this in mind and make an informed decision. Before making any payment, check all the machines yourself.
