Appointment been taken 5 days in advance of 3 p.m. for the 118/- offer for mens & 235/- haircut offer for ladies & if needs to be more shorter will cost approx. 530 or advanced around 648/- & she insisted me to come & then she will do the best possible. But on the day received call from salon to reschedule to 2 p.m.. I said ok fine will be there by 2p.m. Then by 1.00pm received another call to reschedule for 4p.m. As there was only one person working for this offer in salon. I said ok for that too. After visiting got consultation for both & suggested me to go for Karatein. I said continue with the mens cut will think of it & let you know. A new customer entered & he consulted her too. Stylist suggested her too the Karatein & customer was convinced. When my turn for hair cut has come, the stylist entertained the new customer & ignored me saying ask the receptionist. She then told me the short hair cut will cost around 648/- & if I want to go for it! They both were dropping the ball on the others court. Finally I said Im not interested in getting the haircut done. & paid for the mens & left the salon. I just want to ask Kapils manager....whosoever he is! Was the service of haircut free of cost that they were offering? Behaving in such a manner with the customer was just ridiculous! Taking Prior appointment for the haircut & finally ended upto this. It was really insulting :( This happen to me today 26th Oct 2020 @ Maxus mall branch.
