I recently took my mom to the this salon for hydrafacial which was about 3000rs. Little did i know that they had untained staff to handle the equipment causing major scarring on the face. I immediately had to go to the dermatologist and the doc said that the skin barrier was heavily damaged. The staff especially Roma was so rude and didn`t take accountability. I felt so cheated. Please stay away from such places. Moreover the staff didn`t even wash their hands and scooped out products from their hands. Imagine how much bacteria could be in those tubs of creams. ?
