As you have replied that at the time of enrollment, there were no such commitments given to me. As per you reply there were no such offer given to me for my friends and family members. when I personally met you and I clearly informed you about my physical problems. Even I shared you my Doctors suggestion. At that time you told me that you are ready to refund, but at the same time you told me to think again and come back with my final decision. But when I informed you that I can not continue, you told me that refund is not possible. Even I told you that I have paid my fees thru Credit Card and I humbly requested you to please do the needful. But you are not ready to refund my money back. Just understand when the person is showing you the proof of physical issues and payment made by Credit Card, at least you should have think and refund in such cases, instead of denied. Just imagine what feelings I have about your gym. At the time of joining Mr. Chandan Sondarva was there, just seeing his nature I paid entire amount. That was my faith in your gym, but seeing second part of non- refund of my amount I lost my faith and trust which I was having earlier about your gym. Frankly speaking I have paid my hard earn money, at least you should have think that.
