Treating Dr and all facilities are best. But Sharmila at TPA desk in hospital is very un cooperative and rude....She kept delaying the procedure and said it takes 2 days for approval, I being Dr at insurance co myself i know it takes 3 hrs for approval. bcoz of her carelessness we had to wait for a week for surgery. Kindly take strict action against her.
