They have ruined and burned my hair by blowdrying without using heat protection on my hair. My hair were so healthy and shiny earlier, they have become dry and frizzy. The lady named Mamta does not know how to do a basic hair cut, my hair has no shape now, I am feeling so down because of it. I even had requested her to use serum or hair protection on my hair before blowing them, so it will take again take months to grow them back.
