We had a average stay at Maxwell which accommodated a good crowd of 200 people. The swimming pool is great but the rooms now require a lot of renovation .....they have a lawn but again requires a bit of maintenance to cope up with peoples choice which has changed these days. So keeping up the Resort business is a different ball game together.
