I had taken admission in this gym and on basis of good relationship i paid full annual fees. due to some physical problems doctor suggested to stop workout. i explained this to gym Mng, with valid proofs, however they havent refund my money by seeing the fact and on human relationship. so i totally disappointed with this kind of approach. very bad experience had.
