When you call, the lady answering phone, listens fully and then pass phone to next to whom you repeat again who cannot decide also about whether an ECG can be done or not. Then they refuse saying without Vedant doctor prescription cannot be done. Would this reply be acceptable if it was for your sock father/mother/ children? This hospital and staff members are inconsiderate and totally jeartless so AVOID.
